With 38 years of experience in care, including 12 years at Dove Court, Nicole brings exceptional knowledge, experience and dedication to her role.But for Nicole, caring has never simply been a profession. It is about people, relationships and making a real difference to someone’s life.
Nicole takes the time to get to know every resident as an individual—their life story, personality, interests, wishes and the little things that make them happy. She believes that every person deserves to feel valued, listened to, respected and cared for with kindness and dignity. For families, this personal approach provides genuine reassurance. Nicole understands that choosing a care home for someone you love is a deeply important decision. She works closely with residents and their families, making herself available to listen, understand concerns and ensure that everyone feels supported and involved.
Nicole is particularly passionate about making residents’ later years happy, meaningful and special. Whether it is supporting independence, encouraging friendships, celebrating important moments or simply being there when someone needs a listening ear, she goes above and beyond to make a difference.
